Preventive Maintenance coverage
Once a year we will tune-up your heating system. This is more than the “clean and check” that other companies offer. Your Selvey VIP Comfort Connection tune-up includes inspection and adjustments that benefit you. Your Selvey VIP Comfort Connection tune-up complies with the warranty requirements of the manufacturer of your equipment.
Equipment Service History
Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that Selvey is keeping a record of the service history on your equipment. We maintain computerized records of your equipment and our work. We can identify trends that may help you in making key decisions later.
Service Reminders
As a Selvey VIP Comfort Connection member, you don’t need to worry about when your system will need servicing. We will remind you and schedule your service for a time that is convenient for you. We even offer limited evening and Saturday service for those who can’t provide us access during the day.
Safety Inspection
The safety and efficiency of your system are our top priority. Your Selvey VIP Comfort Connectionb tune-up includes checking the safety devices for the protection of you and your family. The “clean and checks” done by most companies do not include this inspection.
No Call-back Guarantee
We guarantee that you won’t have to call us back to work on the same piece of equipment within thirty days of our visit, even for a new problem – or the diagnostic fee is free! Of course you have to let us fix anything we find wrong on the original visit. It just wouldn’t be fair to expect us to come back for free if we already told you it needs fixing.
Service by a Certified Technician
You deserve to have service by a professional, certified technician, so we will send a technician that has been technically certified. Other companies use techs that are only EPA certified. Technical certification is important in a state like Indiana where there is no required statewide licensing or certification.
