When this warranty applies, we guarantee that a covered piece of equipment will not malfunction due to defects within 30 days of our service or the diagnostic fee is FREE to you even if it is a new problem! Of course you will have to have permitted us to correct all observed deficencies at the time of the original call. It just wouldn't be fair for you not to fix something we told you needed fixing and then expect us to return to fix it for free.
